Animo Robotics and the Animo logo are trademarks of Animo Robotics. Other product, service, and company names mentioned on the Site, including Vollrath, are the property of their respective owners. Use of such marks does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Animo and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
